Who are Aged Machine?

Officially formed in 1998, Todd Jackson and Jeremy Camp of Aged Machine have been composing music together since their teens.

Rabid electronic music enthusiasts, blending classic analog and digital synthesizer sounds with various dance rhythms, from down-tempo to techno, Aged Machine create mainly instrumental pieces.

Aged Machine's first two albums, 1998's "Blurred Lines," and 2001's "The Future," had a fairly successful run on the original mp3.com, keeping several songs in the Electronica category's top 10 for several weeks running.

Unfortunately, as time went on, all sites Aged Machine used to distribute music have either changed ownership and policies, or gone out of business (mp3.com, Riffage, LOUDenergy, Vitaminic, etc.)

In the mean time, they've continued composing music and have collaborated with fellow Portlanders to form "The Unlikely Event."

Aged Machine participated in the 2007 and 2008  RPM Challenge that takes place every February. This produced Numerology and Music from an Alien Lounge, their third and fourth albums.
